CHARLY

Charly burst on the scene one early morning at 5am. It was in the middle of a scorching summer, he was crying out so loud with no siblings around him and definitely no mama. He was on his own and was demanding attention. We brought him inside and fed him up and he was immediately a happy boy . At the sanctuary an extraordinary thing happened. Mia, who is a Maltese doggie and had puppies of her own, decided to adopt Charly as one of her own. Charly started to suckle on her nipple and that was it. Mama Mia took over and looked after the micro dot kitten Charly and Mia became his mother. Chapo, our Chihuahua rescue, decided he wanted to be Charly's papa and the perfect family was born. Papa Chapo. Mama Mia and Charly the kid. They are inseparable. They play together all day, jumping on each other, grooming each other and lots of love between these three. Papa Chapo protects him from any shenanigans from the big boys and Mama Mia is a doting mama. Charly is the most extraordinary cat. He is smart, kind and considerate, a little cheeky and full of love. He loves his food, his walkies with the dogs and lounging around living the dream at Big Paw Sanctuary. WE LOVE YOU CHARLY. AWESOME!!!!
